Playing Email Catch Up

Michael sent me this picture from London over the weekend. Just getting back to try and post after being out in Queens most of the weekend coaching a volleyball tournament.

First picture is Michael with Mr. Leslie Jordan at an HRC event in Houston a couple of weekends ago.

Second picture is of the team, NY Spikealicious, that I was coaching out at Queens College this past Friday through early Sunday evening. I got back in time to see Desperate Housewives and Brothers and Sisters though.

Have You Ever.....

just wanted to cry and you can't? Ever feel like you just don't remember how? Lately I think I just can't anymore. I have been let down a number of times lately, just loving/hating my life, being happy with what I have/wanting more out of myself but you would think at least once I something would come out of me. At least a glassy eye; nothing. I know I am incredibly guarded at all times and I am the one people honestly love to be around because I make you feel good about yourself, but I am starting to think that being that person really does take its toll on me personally. I don't know why. Maybe it is just the giving; what is really left for me. Now I am not saying it is anyone's fault but my own. In the phrasing of Vincent from last season's Project Runway, " I don't know but it gets me off". I do like to make people feel good. Maybe it is I am just saturated with what people say is Real NY. A Big Hello to......

Mr Eric Larson . Chris at Clever Fool . A couple of readers who were nice enough to identify himself somehow to me. There are more people I could list but I think I will just list a couple at a time and you can also check out their blogs, if they have one and maybe add it to your favorites. Just had to be noted.

So if you were in NYC for the last 2 days you may have seen the news about the Eastside madam who was arrested Monday or Tuesday. Funny thing is they arrested her at her apartment which happens to be across the street from me.(#2 in picture above). Now if you remember from a few weeks ago Governor Spitzer resigned his office and that is also just caddy corner to my building over on 3rd avenue.(#1 in picture above). There is word that this Madam had the black book that had the former Gov. and many others in it. She says she doesn't. I guess we will find out. Funny to to me though that in the picture above he basically could have walked over with a nice appointment after he resigned just a half a block away. PS: Was in a hurry to post so don't yell at me for the crude numbers on the pictures. Haha.
